Many people have been accusing Jay-Z of Satanism and the Illuminati. Interestingly enough people are making many assumptions and running with them, at some point Jay-Z will need to speak on this to cease all of the negative assumptions. Until then in my opinion, people must stop being so quick to make assumptions on people or things that we just aren’t sure about.
According to Prophet Blog,
“If you’ve never heard of the Illuminati before, it’s basically a group or organization of powerful people in the industry that brainwash audiences with hidden messages in songs, music video’s, political campaigns etc. Stars such as Kanye West, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, and Matthew Knowles have all been accused of being involved, as have various politicians and actors, which are only assumptions and hold no factual content.”

UPDATE: Talib Kweli Speaks on Jay-Z Illuminati Claims
Since the debut of Jay-Z’s new video, more conspiracy theories have accused Hov of being involved with the Illuminati. This morning on Twitter, Talib shared his thoughts on the propaganda.
i knew there was somethin about this when it first premiered
i thought i the only one seeing that
this ain’t the only video u see a representation of BAPHOMET in…
definitly, i know about him with all this
In response to Talib Kweli. I’m not a conspiracy or religious fanatic…far from it. But no matter what your religious preference is they all have common beliefs that we can be blinded to evil forces at work so I think it’s good that people are starting to be cautious about what is being brought into our society. The problem is some people take this way of thinking from the defensive to the offensive.
I’m not sayin’ Jay is representing evil but I think it’s ignorant to say he’s not (from the public view who doesn’t know him). I mean the man makes constant religious references that can be taken two ways and only he knows for sure what is meant. I will say the constant demonic images and refering to himself as “HOVA”…first name Jay…J-HOVA makes me nervous. Jay-Z has every right (and should) speak up about these accusations. Personally I think J. and Kanye are the poets of our time and their records continue to impress and move me.
