In the wake of Chinx’ death, Meek Mill pays tribute to his fallen homies on “Miss My Dawgs” featuring Travi$ Scott and Strap. The Philly rapper honors the 31-year-old Coke Boy, who was killed in a drive-by shooting in Queens this morning, as well as his late protégé Lil Snupe, who was fatally shot in 2013.

Meek expresses his fears (“I don’t know if ni**as gon’ clap for me or gon’ kill me”) and raps about missing his father (“I wish he could see me now”).

French Montana has also spoken out about the loss of his friend and fellow Coke Boy Chinx.

“The devil comes in all shapes and sizes and he’s ruthless. Life here is temporary,” he said. “They will kill you for this lifestyle, if they can’t effort it jealousy is a motherfucker Protect yourself, protect the people you love. I’m sad to see my brother go out like this, one of the realest people I met. This shit’s not right. These streets don’t love us My prayers go to his kids and family. We going to finish off what we started.”
