“I caught the bus to your interview last time,”

said Iggy Azalea during her return visit to “The Breakfast Club” on Power 105.1. A much more confident Iggy appeared on the show on Thursday where she spoke to Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy about everything from blow jobs to her debut The New Classic to her relationships with T.I. and A$AP Rocky.

On T.I.: “He’s the only person that’s stuck by me and been my friend when everyone else was like, ‘She’s losing it or it’s a wrap on her or it’s not gonna work out for her,’” she said. “He’s the only person who stuck around for me and really tried to help me behind the scenes a lot. … Nobody in those offices wanted to mess with me.”

On why she decided to sign with a major label, Island Def Jam, instead of going indie: “I can’t bankroll the indie route. There’s things that I need that I cannot bankroll, like my stage shows being one of them.”

On rumors that she’s dating Nas: “He is a good friend to me,” said Iggy, who toured with him for a month in Europe.

On tailoring her sound to reach a larger audience: “I need to show that I can do other things so I can get booked on TV because I can’t get booked on TV doing twerk music ’cause they don’t want to see butt checks alternate on ‘Saturday Night Live.’”

On how she learned to twerk: “Just hanging out in Atlanta and going to the parties and seeing girls dance and wanting to dance like them.”

On ex-boyfriend A$AP Rocky: “We fell out because I’m young and he’s young and it’s a really difficult time for me. I was going through a lot of stuff and his career was going great and mine was going a different way. We stopped hanging out, but we’re still cool.”

On Nicki Minaj: “I would love to work with her. Any female rapper that says they wouldn’t is a liar. That’s a damn lie. Obviously that would be her choice.”

On Chrisette Michele: “I would love to work with her too. I heard that. I followed her on Twitter.”
