The Roc was in the building today as Jay-Z toasted his new artist Rita Ora on New York radio station Z100. The music mogul made a surprise visit with the blonde bombshell to premiere “Party & Bullshit,” the first single from the 21-year-old singer’s Roc Nation debut.

“Now is when we start to really work Z100 ROC #CHEERS @S_C that was amazing,” tweeted Rita, who shared what it’s like to have Mr. Carter as her mentor and label boss.

“He’s very honest and he’s very genuine and helpful,”

she previously told Rap-Up TV.

“It’s a great voice to listen to. I couldn’t ask for anything better.”

The blonde bombshell currently has a No. 1 hit in the U.K. with “Hot Right Now,” her dance collaboration with DJ Fresh.
