Demi Lovato was rushed to an L.A. hospital after reportedly suffering a drug overdose.

Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that the 25-year-old singer was transported from her Hollywood Hills home to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center around noon on Tuesday (July 24), and is being treated. Her condition is currently unknown.

Lovato has battled substance abuse for years. In 2011, she entered a facility, where she was treated for bipolar disorder, bulimia, self-harm, and addiction. She relapsed after she left the treatment center, then entered a sober living facility for a year. She celebrated six years of sobriety in March.
