Chris Brown has pled not guilty to a hit-and-run charge, stemming from a minor car accident, which led to his probation getting revoked.

According to TMZ, the “Fine China” singer must go to a police station to get booked and will have to take a mug shot by August 6.

His next court date in the hit-and-run case is August 15.

He also has to appear in court in August for a separate probation violation hearing in the Rihanna assault case.

The remaining charges from the car accident, driving without a valid license and proof of insurance, were dismissed.

Earlier this month, a judge revoked Chris’ probation following the hit-and-run charge, but he was released on his own recognizance.

Chris tweeted his innocence after the accident.

“I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C’mon!!” he wrote.

If the judge determines that he has violated his probation, he faces up to four years in prison.
