Warrant Issued For Gucci Mane For Hitting a Soldier On The Head With a Bottle

A report says Rapper Gucci Mane stands accused of attacking a soldier that took his picture at a recent album listening party.

The unnamed solider told Atlanta’s WSBTV that he requests to get a picture with Gucci while they both attended the rapper’s album release party. Gucci was in VIP when he asked, explaining that he was a service man.

“I’m in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?” the solider told WSBTV. “I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle.”

The bottle strike caused him to be rushed to the hospital, where he received 10 stitches for the wound in his head.

The soldier, only known as James, served in the Army in Afghanistan and came home in October. He was in Atlanta celebrating his birthday.

According to WSBTV, there is a warrant out for Gucci’s arrest.
