VH1 Star Ahmad “Real” Givens Loses His Fight To Cancer at 33

Ahmad Givens, a.k.a. Real from VH1’s Real Chance of Love, has passed away at age 33. Givens was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2013. He underwent extensive surgery and went into remission but was back on chemotherapy this year. Givens and his brother Chance were also contestants on I Love New York.
