President Obama met the Los Angeles Lakers earlier today at the White House. He congratulated the team for their on the court performance and donation of $1 million to Haiti relief efforts.

President Obama joked with the Lakers reminding them that he is a Bulls fan and he’s from Chicago:

“I would like to congratulate coach Phil Jackson on his 10 Championship rings…I would like to remind you that six came with the Chicago Bulls though”
