According to TMZ, ex-Clueless star and Jamie Foxx‘s rumored bed buddy, Stacey Dash, requested a restraining order against soon-to-be ex-husband Emmanuel Xuereb on Jan. 29, the same day she filed for divorce. 

In the restraining order documents that TMZ obtained, Dash reported that in December 2007 her and Xuereb had an argument that resulted in him punching her in the head, face, and body, as well as destroying family valuables.

TMZ also reported that the 44-year-old actress’ abusive husband once pinned her down in a violent rage, threatening that would be the worst night of her life.

Xuereb was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Dash and her two children, a condition that is still in effect. The two were married in 2007 and are due back in court this June.
