Meek Mill is holding up behind bars. The Philly rapper, who was sentenced to three to six months in jail in July for violating his probation following a 2009 drug and guns conviction, is nearing his release date. His MMG boss Rick Ross shared a couple new photos of the incarcerated rapper onsocial media.

In one shot, Meek poses in gray sweatpants and a sweatshirt with a smile on his face. He also sits in the prison yard surrounded by friends and family.

“Meek in da building all OG’s roun’m,” said Rozay.

Meek was reportedly denied an early release, but Rozay said he’ll be home soon.

“Meek almost at the Door #FreeMeekMill Dreams Worth More than $$$$,” he tweeted.

His sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money was delayed from its September date.

“His album is coming,” Ross assuredhis fans. “We ask that the fans and the media continue to support him and his music during this time. He’ll be home soon. ‘Dreams Are Worth More Than Money,’ and family is worth more than Everything. MMG FOR LIFE.”

His peers including Drake, DJ Khaled, Sean Garrett, and Stalley have also joined the “Free Meek” campaign.
