After celebrating Music’s Biggest Night at the Grammys in L.A., the stars headed across the country for Super Bowl weekend. On Friday, New York City welcomed musicians and athletes at parties across town.

Beats by Dr. Dre took over Marquee New York with performances from Rick Ross and Estelle, while Q-Tip spun for the packed club. Kendrick Lamar later surprised partygoers with a performance that went until 3 a.m.

Over at Pier 36, ESPN The Magazine hosted its annual bash, drawing names like Ashanti and Bow Wow. Kendrick and Robin Thicke kept the crowd on its feet with their energetic sets.

Solange rocked the turntables at the Playboy Party at the Bud Light Hotel Lounge, while Nelly mingled with some Playboy bunnies.

Fresh off his Grammy wins, Seahawks fan Macklemore touched down at the GQ party with Meek Mill.

After his plane was detained over suspicion of weed, Justin Bieber made his way to the Maxim “Big Game Weekend” with his father, skipping the red carpet and heading straight inside.

John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen grooved to the soulful sounds of Mary J. Blige at the Shape and Men’s Fitness soirée at Cipriani 42nd Street.
