Bruno Mars has sold out arenas around the world, but he played for his biggest audience yet when he headlined the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Halftime Show at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on Sunday.

Accompanied by his eight-piece band, the Hooligans, the Grammy-winning crooner put on a sensational 13-minute performance—complete with dancing, pyro, and shiny suits. A children’s choir kicked it off with “Billionaire” before Bruno performed Baauer’s “Harlem Shake” on his drums, which said “Bernadette” in tribute to his late mother. He launched into a medley of his hits including “Locked Out of Heaven,” “Treasure,” and “Runaway Baby.”

He also shared the stage with the Red Hot Chili Peppers for “Give It Away,” jumping up and down in his gold Saint Laurent jacket with Anthony Kiedis and Flea. The performance capped off with a dazzling fireworks display as a solo Bruno sang his No. 1 single “Just the Way You Are.”

On May 27, Bruno will kick off the next leg of his “Moonshine Jungle World Tour” with special guests Pharrell and Aloe Blacc. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
