With only hours to go before she was set to headline Hot 97 Summer Jam in New Jersey, Nicki Minaj has pulled out of the lineup. On-air personality Peter Rosenberg dissed her earlier in the day, which caused Lil Wayne to make the executive decision to cancel her appearance.

“Young Money ain’t doing summer jam,” tweeted Weezy as Tyga hit the stage.

Nicki respected her Young Money boss’ wishes and decided not to perform.

“Wow. U niggaz just fucked up history. But the President has spoken,” she said. “I go above and beyond for my fans. But won’t ever go against wayne’s word. What he says, goes.”

Cash Money’s DJ Khaled was also part of the lineup, but it’s currently unknown if he will hit the stage.
