The Wave Gods are coming. After dropping his “Sanctuary 2” video and announcing his Max B-hosted mixtape, French Montana unleashes the project’s intro.

Following an intro from the “Wavy Daddy” himself, Max B, French delves into a flurry of topics, from Chinx’s death to Diddy’s guidance. Over Harry Fraud and The Mekanics’ rock and soul concoction, French says that Rick Ross has

“always kept it a hundred, nowhere near 50,” and wonders “why street rap ain’t sellin’ like Kendrick.” Chris Brown also lends his vocals at the end, warning that “jealousy can be from the ones you love.”

Wave Gods is set to drop Friday on DJ Khaled’s We the Best Radio program through Beats 1. Meanwhile, as he says on “Wave Gods Intro,” which you can hear below, “Mac & Cheese 4 on the way.”
