It’s going to be a very merry Christmas for Justin Bieber fans. On Dec. 25, Believe, the sequel to the pop superstar’s 2011 movie Never Say Never, will hit theaters. The full theatrical trailer shows the teen idol’s rise from YouTube sensation to global superstar, and the obstacles he’s encountered along the way.

“When you’ve reached a certain point in your life, there are people out there waiting to see you fall,” says the 19-year-old singer. “But rather than let gravity take you down, sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands—and fly.”

He opens up about his altercation with a paparazzo

(“I really wanted to hit him, that’s what they wanted”), his swag (“Sometimes I walk the way I walk, I waddle, because my pants are too low”), and provides some encouraging words to his fans (“Believe you can do anything if you set your mind to it”).

The movie, directed by Jon M. Chu, also includes commentary from Usher, his manager Scooter Braun, and his mother, who tells him to pull his pants up.
