This summer will mark the return of one of the biggest-selling artists of all time. Mariah Carey has announced a release date for her new album.

The pop diva’s first album in four years is due July 23. “The New Era Begins.. 7/23 #MC723,” tweeted Mimi.

The follow-up to 2009’s Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel has already spawned the Miguel-assisted single “#Beautiful,” which is currently No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100.

She has been in the studio with hitmakers including Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, Big Jim Wright, Hit-Boy, The-Dream, Mike WiLL Made It, and Rodney Jerkins.

She has yet to settle on a title.

“trying to decide between two or three right now,” she told a fan on Twitter.

Last month, Mariah announced that she won’t return to “American Idol” and is planning a world tour.
