The BET Experience is back and bringing some major star power with it. Now in its fourth year, this year’s festival features some of hip-hop and R&B’s biggest names including Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Usher, and Bryson Tiller.
The four-day event, which takes place June 23-26 at L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles, kicks off Thursday at the Staples Center with the comedic duo of Katt Williams and Mike Epps.
Usher and Bryson Tiller will thrill R&B fans with their double bill on Friday night, while Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz bring ColleGrove to Cali on Saturday.
It all caps off on Sunday with the 2016 BET Awards, which will be held at the Microsoft Theater.
Additional shows at The Novo presented by Microsoft (formerly Club Nokia) will be announced soon.
The free BET Experience Fan Fest will also return on Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and will feature a celebrity basketball game.
Last year’s BET Experience headliners included Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and Kevin Hart.
General tickets go on sale April 1 at 10 a.m. PST. Single day show tickets start at $49.50, while 3-day ticket packages begin at $148.50. VIP packages are also available.
