Lil Wayne is being sued by a former manager, who is accusing him of cheating her out of his earnings, according to theHollywoodReporter.com.

Melissa Philipian and her company White Tides Entertainment Group filed a complaint in Florida District Court recently and accused the Cash Money rapper of lying while under oath in order to cheat her out of money.

The legal tangle between the two started four years ago when Philipian filed a civil suit against Wayne after he fired her. She insisted that she had an exclusive agreement with the MC as his manager and was seeking $500,000 in owed commissions and 15 percent of his earnings over the following two years. But the case was settled for only $375,000 after Wayne testified during a deposition that he did not have any artist agreement with Philipian and also accused her of forging his signature.

According to the new legal documents though, Philipian has stumbled upon a YouTube video that allegedly proves that he lied during the hearing. The video is supposedly of an old video that Wayne did where he discusses Philipian and acknowledges her as his manager. He then allegedly goes on to list a number of accomplishments that she achieved in his behalf.

She also states in the updated complaint that Wayne blacklisted her following the settlement of the first lawsuit by telling other artist to not to associate with her and accusing her of stealing money from him. She cites Young Money rapper Tyga as an example. She signed him to her roster of clients last year and even advanced him money but was let go after Wayne told him he

“would not do business with anyone who does business with Philipian.”

The multi-million dollar suit accuses Wayne and his record labels, including Universal Music Group of fraud, defamation, tortuous interference, breach of contract and civil conspiracy.
