Lauren London continues to honor the legacy of her late boyfriend Nipsey Hussle. On Tuesday (Dec. 10), London and Puma announced that they would be joining forces on the Forever Stronger campaign, which kicked off with a touching visual paying tribute to Nip, an ambassador for the Puma brand.

The Danny Williams-directed clip’s setting takes viewers on a journey through the LA streets Nipsey once roamed of Crenshaw and Slauson. London narrates the video with a heartfelt stream of consciousness. “I got a question only Lord knows; does life birth us twice?” she asks. Before coming to a close, London struts toward the exact location in the middle of the street lined with palm trees from their GQ California Love profile.

#LaurenLondon — #ForeverStronger 💙🏁 •swipe• #HHUCIT … #Repost @topshelfjunior ・・・ A few weeks after we were done shooting, we played with the idea of adding music, or a score to the visual.. One thing was for sure, we knew we needed her voice on there, and thru those conversations we naturally shifted to adding others in respective fields, to the process. Rance & 1500 were brought on for the music, and I was truly amazed to see him sit down at the piano on the first try and basically give us what you hear now. One of the most powerful things that stuck with me from that session though, was something #NipseyHussle’s sister said to me while they watched the piece and crafted the words.. I told her, “damn Nip woulda been proud” and she replied.. “No Danny, he IS proud, he is proud..”⁣

“Lauren London is proud to join forces with Puma to support her on this next chapter of her journey,” reads a statement in the video’s bio from a brand rep. “This piece was a creative vision Lauren wanted to bring to life to signify the continuation of her marathon alongside Puma. Forever Stronger.”
