Odd Future celebrated its second annual OFWGKTA Carnival with a Ferris wheel, skatepark, and even Kanye West. The hip-hop collective took over The Park at L.A. Coliseum on Saturday for a fun-filled day. The festivities included rides, food trucks, and live music, and capped off with headlining performances from Tyler, the Creator and Frank Ocean.

Following sets from Flying Lotus, ScHoolboy Q, and Mac Miller, Tyler stormed the outdoor stage. In addition to performing his solo material, he was joined by his Odd Future cohorts Frank Ocean on “She” and Domo Genesis and Hodgy Beats for “Rella.”

After Lil Wayne crashed the stage in 2012, Kanye West was this year’s surprise guest. The G.O.O.D. Music boss, who called Tyler his “mentor” in a recent interview, performed “New Slaves” and his Late Registration cut “Late,” but not before Tyler asked him for a hug.

“Can I have a hug first? I am so fucking happy,” said the 22-year-old MC.

After Tyler fired up the crowd, Frank Ocean closed out the evening with a soulful set that included “Pyramids,” “Forrest Gump,” “Bad Religion,” and “Golden Girl.”
