Rick Ross isn’t the only boss. Jennifer Hudson calls the shots in the video for the first single from the soundtrack to Think Like a Man featuring Ne-Yo and the Miami rap Don. The Grammy-winning singer knows how to handle her business and still remain a lady, running her company and showing off her svelte figure as she dances with her all-female staff in heels. She thwarts off comedian Kevin Hart’s advances, but falls for Ne-Yo’s charm.

“The concept is derived from the film and the thought process is that women need to always act like a lady and be a woman, but think like a man, take up for yourself and be strong,” explained director Chris Robinson.

J-Hud praised her male co-stars.

“Ne-Yo has got to be the greatest songwriter of our generation,” she said, “and Rick Ross has everything—the street, that swag, he can kinda give you Biggie.”
