With his 2 Chainz-assisted single “Talk Dirty” rising up the charts, Jason Derulo debuts the video for “Stupid Love,” the latest release from his album Tattoos.

In the Gil Green-directed clip, the 24-year-old heartthrob goes to extremes to show his lady how much he loves her. He maxes out his credit cards, buys his and her Jeeps, and even puts his life on the line, resulting in a tragic ending.

His real-life girlfriend Jordin Sparks was overcome with emotion upon hearing the record.

“This song is so heartfelt. Took my breath away when @jasonderulo 1st played it for me,” she said.
