The OMG Girlz brought some flavor to the red carpet at the 44th NAACP Image Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. on Friday. Common, Mindless Behavior, and Keke Palmer were also on hand to honor the achievements of minorities in the fields of music, movies, television, and literature.

LL Cool J received the award for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series for “NCIS: Los Angeles,” while Wyclef Jean and Common paid tribute to Hollywood legend Harry Belafonte with a musical performance.

Jamie Foxx brought a date—his daughter Corinne—and took home the award for Entertainer of the Year.

Other winners included Usher for Male Artist, Elle Varner for New Artist, Whitney Houston and R. Kelly for Outstanding Song (“I Look to You”), and Alicia Keys for Female Artist and Music Video.

“Wow!!! Just found out that I Won best female and best video at the @naacpimageawards!!! Love love love and gratitude!!!” tweeted a grateful Alicia.
