J. Cole has a fan in President Obama. After inviting Kendrick Lamar to the White House and having Wale perform at his final State of the Union, the POTUS has enlisted the 2014 Forest Hills Drive rapper to perform at the Democratic National Committee’s reception and show during SXSW in Austin, Texas on March 11.

Obama reached out to make it happen. “When the President asks…” Ibrahim Hamad, Dreamville’s president, wrote on Instagram.

Tickets for the Austin Music Hall event run for $250, while a preferred seat costs $500. If you want a photo with the president, it will set you back $10,000 and you can share co-hosting duties for $33,400.

Cole won’t be the only rapper on hand. Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am is also set to co-host the event with Honest Dollar founder whurley.

This won’t be the only J. Cole show during SXSW. His label, Dreamville Records, also plans to host a gig on March 21 featuring Bas, Cozz, and Omen.
