The King of the first couple of hip hop is celebrating his 42nd birthday today. Jay Z is such a motivating man in the industry who can show anyone a thing or two about real life. A Marcy Projects to penthouse suites in Tribeca upgrade is a major accomplishment. From his early years in life he had a love of music that begin with beating on the kitchen table to dropping his first album ‘Reasonable Doubt’. Today this world wide mystery man, Jay Z is turning 42 with many new hits under his belt. With a baby on the way sometime this month, or early January he is bringing in the New
Year with plans on being a good father.

In fact, his lyrics have brought so many boastful luxurious life styles to life, Georgetown University is currently offering a college course on him. Professor Michael Eric Dyson is teaching ‘Sociology of Hip Hop’ Jay Z, to eager young minds who want to learn the fundamentals on sexuality, capitalism, economic inequality, and racial & gender identity. Georgetown has held such prestigious students such as former president Bill Clinton. Although many question his ethics, Dyson offers no apologies saying the course is a conduit for studying the ‘major themes of American life’. Many of his fans will of course enroll in the class, and one has begun to develop a bigger appreciation for his business acumen. With 42 years on his belt, he has married, seen the world, became a college learning subject, held various fund raisers and moved crowds, the best part is there is more chapters of this book to come. Happy Birthday Hov!!
