After sitting down with Matt Lauer on the “Today” show and freestyling on New York radio, Chris Brown capped off his busy day with a return visit to BET’s “106 & Park.” He kicked it on the couch with his good friend Bow Wow and discussed his new album X and collaborating with Rihanna on “Put It Up.”

“I already had written the song and made it an urban, little nasty record, but it’s not how ‘Cake’ is like right in your face,” said Chris of the unreleased track. “This song is more of a subtle, real R&B record. She’s singing R&B on this. It ain’t the islands, she really singing that.”

They also had some guy talk. Breezy put Bow in the hot seat, asking him to reveal the craziest place he’s had sex.

The conversation turned to his art, his favorite song to sing in the shower, “creeping” on Twitter, and the video for “Fine China.”
