After allegedly leading police on a wild goose chase through the streets of Sacramento, Calif., comedian Katt Williams reportedly walked into a Target and “slapped” an employee in the face.

In footage acquired by TMZ, Williams can be seen arguing with the Target employee before he hits him. The employee is said to have then pulled out his phone to call the cops.

Last Sunday, Williams reportedly got into a spot of trouble with California’s state capitol police after he “drove his three-wheeled motorbike on a sidewalk and led police on a chase that was later called off to protect bystanders.”

Reuters writes:

Police said Williams, 39, was spotted by an officer from the California Highway Patrol’s capitol protection section on Sunday driving a three-wheeled Can-Am motorcycle on a sidewalk near the state capitol building in Sacramento, initiating a chase at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour.
Williams was reportedly not arrested at the scene, but the “CHP’s capitol protection section said it plans to present a felony evading arrest case to the Sacramento district attorney’s office for possible prosecution.”

It was just “moments” after this police chase, TMZ reports, that Williams stepped into the Target where the argument with the store’s employee occurred.

This is not the first time in recent weeks that Williams has made headlines with his bad behavior.

Last month, Williams was reportedly sued for a “non-performance” by audience members after his bizarre meltdown during a Nov. 16 show.

Williams and promoter Live Nation were sued in a class action lawsuit filed by Brian Herline on behalf of all the attendees of the comedian’s Oakland, Calif., show, TMZ reported at the time. The lawsuit claims Williams “confronted a heckler, took his clothes off, and attempted to fight at least three audience members.” The “Friday After Next” star is said to have ended the show after only 10 minutes.

On Nov. 14, Williams was reportedly arrested following a fight at an Oakland club. On Nov. 9, Williams was sued by his former female assistant who alleges the comedian assaulted her at his house in October.

As an earlier report by The Huffington Post notes, Williams is slated to star in “Scary Movie 5” alongside “other troubled actors Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan, Mike Tyson and Heather Locklear.”
