AshleYYY sits down with DJ Gee of V100.7 and discusses her new album Won’t Stop 4 Nuthin’ and for the first time explains what happened with the group. DJ Gee wastes no time getting to the point he asks AshleYYY

“Right off the bat I gotta ask you, I thought there was three of yall?”

AshleYYY responds:

“Yes, it was originally three AshleYYY’s…after our first album we took some time, thought about what we really wanted to do and I just think it wasn’t the right timing and it was moving pretty fast and people just weren’t ready, so I just kept it moving, kept working, same management, same name, new music and you know, we all still keep in contact with each other so we still support each other with what we do but um it’s just me…”
