Eva Marcille Pigford The Dazzling Diva

Eva Marcille Pigford made quite an impression on Tyra Banks and the other judges during the third cycle of America’s Next Top Model.  She came to her audition as Eva the Diva, unafraid of anything that came her way. Her competitors were intimidated by her strong personality but little did they know, she was full of insecurities.  Hailing from the City of Angels, her tough exterior was only a defense mechanism that made up for her gentle soul. She was attending Clark Atlanta University but left to audition for America’s Next Top Model and it was all worth it since she won with flying colors.  Pigford landed many endorsement deals including a major contract with CoverGirl Cosmetics and Ford Models.

Pigford’s golden undertones advertise her Puerto Rican descent.  Her emerald eyes are captivating through the photographer’s lenses. She has been featured on the cover magazines like Brides Noir, King, Women’s Health and Fitness, Essence and IONA and has modeled for prestigious designers. In her interviews, the public will notice that she is just as sweet and humble as her voice sounds. She broke through her shell and is relatable to many young girls and women across the nation. Her beautiful, kind spirit overcame her rough, unpolished surface and it allowed the drop dead gorgeous diva to illuminate.

In late 2006, she left her management team, Tyra Banks and Benny Medina, for another company. She then dropped her last name and replaced it with her middle name in order to earn her title as a serious actress. Now going as Eva Marcille, she remains the short haired blonde model we love. Over time, she has made quite a name for herself showing up in music videos and major films with prominent actors and actresses.  She has guest starred on several TV shows like Smallville, The Game, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, The Young and the Restless and more.  Her bubbly personality shined brightly and it has gotten her the opportunity to host shows like Oxygen’s Hair Battle Spectacular.  It’s no secret that Marcille’s hair is something to show off. Once Tyra gave her the short gold/blonde hair, Eva stuck to what looked best and it has become her signature look.

Her latest hit show, Girlfriend Confidential LA has created a circle of interested fans.  Eva was previously dating her co-star, Lance Gross, but broke up last year. She then began dating Flo- Rida for a few months but that knot eventually untied. Eva is now dating what she calls a “regular guy.” He is a music producer in Atlanta attempting to gain more credibility in his line of work. She connects with him because he is that everyday hustler, grinding it out to make it. After the marriage ship sailed, will Eva have a plan again with her new beau?  Does she plan to have children in near future? Eva states that she enjoys taking things a bit slow and relishing in her lifestyle. The Scorpio just celebrated her 28^th birthday and the fans are ecstatic to see Eva have a few seeds that take after her mother’s drive and visionary attitude. Eva keeps herself busy on these projects and obviously won’t let anything stop her. She may just be one of the most successful models from the show to expand into so many other professions and remaining relevant in this business.  It is never too long before we see Eva on the scene, doing her thing.
