LL Cool J will be the night’s MC and a handful of stars — like Katy Perry and Ringo Star — will be on hand to reveal the nominees. Like last year, the show will be peppered with performances by bands, including the Black Eyed Peas, Nick Jonas and the Administration, and Sugarland. Will Lady Gaga go home happy?
