It’s going down on late night. Fresh off the release of his album The Art of Hustle last week, Yo Gotti teamed up with Travis Barker for a performance of his hit “Down in the DM” on Tuesday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
Their pairing shouldn’t come as a surprise. Barker, who’s best known as Blink 182’s drummer, has also collaborated with a slew of rappers, including Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Kid Cudi, Snoop Dogg, and Yelawolf.
Gotti’s ode to direct messages has been the biggest hit off The Art of Hustle, but the album’s jam-packed with guests, including K. Michelle, 2 Chainz, Nicki Minaj, Pusha T, and E-40.

During his visit to “The Real,” he also gave a special shout-out to his “Down in the DM” crush Angela Simmons.
“I come from a certain culture in the street and I always like the good girls,” said Gotti of Rev Run’s daughter.
