Even when you’re a Hollywood power couple, you’ve still got to do the work of keeping your relationship in top form. Just ask Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. The always entertaining Pinkett-Smith family joined Oprah yesterday for a candid talk about marriage, parenting and keeping things spicy.

Will spoke of the importance of having a common goal in a relationship. “There has to be a vision,” he said. “Why are we together? An answer for why two spirits would join together and travel this perilous journey of life together. ‘You’re fine, you can cook, you can keep the house together’ — that’s not enough. There’s so much more you have to be dedicated to.”“

 And when it comes to keeping things saucy, there’s plenty of spontaneity in that department. “I surprise him,” said Jada. “During the day I might send a sexy picture of some sort… If he’s on set with me, we might take a break.

The couple also talked about creating a family business plan to help their children realize their dreams.
 “At the end of the day we have to look past our own selfish desires,” added Jada. “What can we do to facilitate the group… how do we incorporate all this talent that we have in our family to create an environment where all our dreams can come true?
