Tamar Braxton topped the iTunes charts with her single “Love and War,” and now the “Braxton Family Values” star has set a release date for her album.
During a visit to Power 99’s “Rise & Grind Morning Show,” Tamar’s husband and manager Vince Herbert announced that his wife’s album Love and War will drop on February 12 via Streamline Records.
The soulful single shot past Rihanna, Britney Spears, and Taylor Swift on the iTunes chart within a day of its release.
Love and War marks the follow-up to the 35-year-old singer’s 2000 debut Tamar, which was released through Dreamworks/RedZone.
The star of WE tv’s “Tamar and Vince” performed the single on “The Wendy Williams Show” earlier this week.
