Sean Kingston has been accused by a woman of sexual assault. The woman, who is going to file a civil lawsuit, claims to have been raped by Kingston in a hotel room of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Seattle, where the rapper and other friends were having a party.

According to TMZ sources, the woman went to the party with another friend. The two ladies, 19 and 20 years old, were already drunk when they got to the hotel room, where they brought vodka and beer. A witness says that one of the women was “very aggressive,” and that Kingston decided to leave the party and go to another room soon afterwards.

The hotel manager asserts that there has been an incident on Sunday night, but he has not gone into details. Moreover, sources claim that other men had sex with the women in the room, who were later on taken to the hospital with an ambulance, where rape and blood tests were run.

Sean Kingston, who is currently busy with promoting his new single, Eenie Meenie, featuring teen sensation Justin Bieber, was supposed to be interviewed by the police. However, the interview will not take place for lack of evidence against the singer.
