Teyana Taylor is going to be a mom. The R&B singer and her boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers star Iman Shumpert, are expecting a baby together.

Amidst pregnancy rumors, Shumpert made the official announcement on Instagram and posted a photo of the baby’s Sonogram. The couple has already revealed the name for their daughter, Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr. She is due Jan. 16, 2016.

“I couldn’t be more happy than to share my first child with the woman I intended to have my family with,” said Shumpert. “Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr is expected to enter this world 1.16.16. We want that world to be as pure as possible for her.” He went on to thank the future mother of his child. “I love you @teyanataylor thank you for your sacrifice in starting our very own family! P.s. I know you see my daughter with her hand behind her head and her feet kicked up…??…she’s already daddy’s little girl!!!” Taylor responded, “& that’s all that matters… ❤️ I love you baby.”

Taylor, 24, and Shumpert, 25, went public with their relationship in June 2014. Shumpert recently signed a $40 million, 4-year deal to stay with the Cavaliers. Last month, Taylor released her ’90s inspired mixtape The Cassette Tape 1994 and she is currently on tour with Chris Brown.
