Photos: Lil Wayne’s Tour Bus Shot Up in Atlanta

Gunshots were fired at Lil Wayne’s tour bus took in Atlanta on Sunday morning.

Weezy performed at Compound nightclub on Saturday night during his “Release Partiez” tour. Following his appearance around 3:25 a.m., police were called to the 3300 block of Peachtree Road where they found two tour buses that had been shot multiple times, reports WSB-TV.

Witnesses say the shots came from two white vehicles, possibly a Corvette and an SUV.

According to TMZ, Weezy and a few other members of Young Money including Lil Twist and Hood were on board at least one of the buses at the time of the shooting. No one was injured in the highway shooting, and it’s still unclear if Wayne was on board the bus that was hit.

Immediately following the shooting the bus was driven to a nearby hotel, and that’s when someone in Wayne’s entourage called the police.

There are currently no suspects in the shooting.
