As the release date for Young Money rapper Drake’s debut album nears, information and purported songs from the LP have found their way onto the internet and according to new reports, fans have a lot to look forward to.

Drake recently confirmed a collaboration with R&B singer Alicia Keys in the form of the track Fireworks, and revealed that the song will take first place on the album.

“This right here is the first song that you will hear when you put that disk in,” said Drake while talking to MTV News. “It’s a song with myself and Miss Alicia Keys, it’s called Fireworks.”

Rap-Up reports that Virginia-based producer Timbaland contributed a beat to a song titled Thank Me Now, and that indie pop band, Francis and the Lights, have collaborated with Drake for a song.

The magazine also says that the LP track Karaoke will find the So Far Gone rapper talking about the downside of reaching fame at such an early age, and will be dedicated to an ex-girlfriend, who told him that she didn’t want to be in a relationship with a famous person.

Songs such as Find Your Love featuring Kanye West show that Drake is willing to take risks and create songs that don’t necessarily fit the set formula for a hit track, and he claims that he isn’t all that concerned with moving big numbers; he just wants to share his gift with his fans.

“I didn’t make this album for commercial purposes,” he said. “A lot of the verses are extremely long. I just made it to share with people. I hope they can enjoy.”

Thank Me Later will be released on June 15 via Young Money/Cash Money/Universal Motown Records.
