In the current publication of VIBE magazine, Young Money head honcho Lil Wayne reported that he has not listened to Watch The Throne, the collaboration album from Hip-Hop heavyweights Kanye West and Jay-Z.

Unsure of what  Wayne’s reasons may be behind not listening to one of the most successful albums of 2011, he states that he has no plans to do so. Reasoning could be from anything, such as lack of interest to ego after his beef with the Roc Nation leader, Jay-Z. Of all things made public, you will always have supporters and non supporters, listeners and non listeners, but for now Lil Wayne chooses not to be apart of the listen party.

Within the interview, Weezy touches on the success of Young Money’s female emcee Nicki Minaj. With the success thatWayneprocesses, it doesn’t come as a surprise to know that he’s not at all satisfied with what she’s done.

Waynewas quoted,

“I believe she can do a whole lot more, and I believe she will do a whole lot more. It’s not shocking, and it’s not surprising. It’s quite fitting. But other than that, it’s nowhere near the end.”

He also stated that he’s not satisfied with anything that she has accomplished. Seemingly he’s not dismissing Nicki nor diluting what she’s accomplished, but would like to see her do more and be more within her career.
