After a short lived marriage Family Matters actor Darius McCrary (known for his role as Eddie Winslow), and former video vixen Karrine Steffans (also known as Superhead) chose to part ways.

There were questions at one point in regards to the legitimacy of the marriage; rumors had circulated that the unification was made up in order to get publicity. Karrine did put a stop to the gossip, confirming that their marriage was in fact real. However now, the fairytale has ended and Steffans is being served with divorce papers alongside a bouquet of flowers.

The flowers were sent to Karrine by Darius as a kind gesture, but she was not flattered. Her soon to be ex-husband claimed he sent the flowers to signify his care for her, and he hoped the two could remain friends, but Steffans says he had other motives.

Despite McCrary’s claims that the two are splitting due to irreconcilable differences, Steffans believes the flowers were intended to cover up infidelity.

“He cheated on me. You can’t cover that up with a bouquet of flowers!”

Many speculations have been circulating, but further statements addressing the matter have yet to be disclosed.
