Jay-Z reunited with Oprah Winfrey in the Land Down Under. The music mogul, who was in Australia for his tour with U2, stopped by Oprah’s show taping at the Sydney Opera House on Tuesday (Dec. 14). The two embraced and held hands before sitting down for an interview about his memoir Decoded, which Oprah included on her “Favorite Things” episode.
This marks Jay’s second appearance on the show, following the time he took the talk show host to where he was raised in Marcy Projects.
While in Sydney, Jay made a surprise visit to the Canterbury Boys High School where he jammed with the students. “It was great,” he told Oprah of the visit. “I see myself in their eyes, I believe in opportunities.”
