Eminem and Lady Gaga are coming to a YouTube screen near you. The music superstars are set to perform at the inaugural YouTube Music Awards next month.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 90-minute show will take place live at New York City’s Pier 36 on Nov. 3 and will be live-streamed around the globe.
Filmmaker Spike Jonze, who has directed music videos for Kanye West and Jay Z, will serve as creative director, while Jason Schwartzman will host the event.
The YouTube Music Awards will honor the artists and songs that YouTube users have turned into hits in the past year. Nominations will be announced on Oct. 17, based on the most popular videos.
In addition to performances from Eminem and Gaga, Arcade Fire will also take the stage, along with YouTube stars Lindsey Stirling and CDZA.
Two days later on Nov. 5, Eminem will release his eighth album The Marshall Mathers LP 2, while Gaga’s album ARTPOP arrives Nov. 11.
