A man from the Hollywood Hills is suing Beyonce for taking over his neighborhood during a shoot for her latest video, ”

Phillip Markowitz, a resident of the upscale neighborhood, is asking for $25,000 in damages for “nuisance” and “trespassing” and claims that the shoot brought unnecessary crowds and noise to the house across from his, where filming took place. He also claims his driveway was repeatedly blocked during the shoot and that the crew came in the morning and didn’t leave until 11pm.

On top of suing Beyonce, Markowitz has filed against a liability company and Dina Coccotello, who was a production coordinator for the shoot.
