Before she gets back to business, Beyoncé enjoyed some fun in the sun with her family during their winter break in the Bahamas. Mama Bey showed off her toned abs as she held hands with her daughter Blue Ivy, who turned one this month. Both mother and daughter looked refreshed as they strolled on the sand. Bey shared the candid pic on her Tumblr page.

Although not pictured, Jay-Z was also there, snapping a photo of his daughter playing UNO in their plush pad.

“Last day of vacation, playing UNO,” he wrote on his blog Life+Times.

Beyoncé has been getting her body right for the Super Bowl halftime show on February 3. She showed off her curves on the cover of GQ, prompting JoJo to write,

“These Beyoncé GQ pictures will keep me in the gym all month.”
