The most talked about moment at the BET Awards wasn’t a performance. Instead it occurred when superfan Tiffany Green presented the Viewers’ Choice Award with Terrence and Rocsi. She read off the tablet, announcing the winner as Chris Brown, but the teleprompter said Rihanna and Drake were the winners for “What’s My Name?” Drake accepted the award, saying, “Well that was awkward.”

After the embarrassing mixup, host Kevin Hart brought Chris on stage at the end of the show and announced that he was indeed the winner.

“Bawling backstage. They totally fu**ed me up,” wrote Tiffany after being bombarded by angry fans.

BET programming executive Stephen Hill admitted the error was BET’s fault. “That BET Awards Viewer’s Choice mix-up was due to human error,” he tweeted.

“And I was the human that made that error. I apologize to ALL affected.”
