If you’re hanging out around Paces Ferry Plaza, there’s a possibility that you might see basketball legend Allen Iverson noshing on a bagel with whitefish salad at Goldberg’s, or sipping on sweet tea at the OK Cafe.
According to the transactions section in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, “The Answer” recently purchased a home at 675 Paces Ferry Road, a small gated community located in the Kingswood neighborhood in Buckhead. Previously a John’s Creek resident, Iverson’s decision to move to Buckhead is yet another vote of confidence for one of Atlanta’s toniest enclaves. Currently on sabbatical from the NBA, Iverson purchased the home for a cool $4.5 million.
