One sip and wooh!
Last night, during the American Music Awards, Drake premiered his latest Virginia Black commercial, featuring model Nicole Murphy and his father, Dennis Graham.
Drizzy kicks off the hilarious ad by sipping some Virginia Black, before eyeing Murphy in a dimly-lit club. While he starts walking towards her, she moves towards him. However, there’s a plot twist.
Instead of sauntering over to Drizzy, while “Passionfruit” plays in the background, Murphy bypasses the 6 God altogether and finds her way over to Dennis G.
“Hey son,” he tells Drake. “Hold my drink…Nice turtleneck!”
Backed by his “Kinda Crazy” single, Dennis G walks off with Murphy by his side. “Virginia Black,” he delivers the brand’s new catchphrase.
“One sip and wooh!”
In July, Dennis and Drake partnered up for a series of Virginia Black ads. By September, the proud papa got his son’s face tattooed on his arm.
Outside of his alcohol endeavor, Drizzy is launching a series of television and film projects while working on his next album. Last night, he also won Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist at the American Music Awards.
