Singer Kelly Rowland was presented a belated birthday cake just before she hit the stage last Thursday night (Feb 18) for an exclusive performance at Haze Nightclub in Las Vegas.
Rowland, who turned 29 just one week prior, is gearing up for the release of her third studio album, due to be released sometime this year (spring/summer) via her new label Universal Motown.
