All the endless nights in the studio and grueling promo paid off for Big Sean. The Detroit MC celebrated his hard work with some of his closest friends and family at his release show in New York last night. Following his CD signing at Best Buy earlier in the day, he treated his Big Believers to a concert at Terminal 5.
He served up new material from his sophomore album Hall of Fame and brought out Wiz Khalifa (“GangBang”) and Juicy J (“Show Out”). His dad even joined him onstage during “Fire.”
“Last night was epic…the music, the lights, and people were next level! New album in stores now! One of the best days of my life. Thanks NYC,” tweeted Sean.
Hall of Fame is expected to sell 75-85,000 copies in its first week, according to early estimates.
