The wait is almost over. After a few delays, Big Sean is finally ready to release his sophomore album Hall of Fame. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper previewed the star-studded set, which features collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Nas, Miguel, Kid Cudi, and more.

Journalists including Billboard were on hand as he played several tracks at Jungle City Studios in New York City earlier this week.

Sean reunites with Da Internz (“Dance (A$$)”) on “M.I.L.F.,” his ode to sexy mothers featuring Nicki Minaj and Juicy J, while he fantasizes about a threesome on “Mona Lisa,” also helmed by Da Internz.

British pop star Ellie Goulding lends her vocals to the title track, which incorporates

“electronic mixed with some Blackstreet shit.”

“Ashley,” dedicated to his ex-girlfriend, finds Sean apologizing for his mistakes and reminiscing on the good memories, while Miguel provides a “chilling verse.”

Young Jeezy and Doughboyz Cashout pay homage to Detroit on one hometown anthem, and Sean gets real about life on “World Ablaze,” produced by Key Wayne and No I.D.

“First Chain” features Nas and Kid Cudi, who shouts out his former crew (“G.O.O.D Music ni**a forever, understand?”). According to Sean, Cudi re-recorded the verse after he left G.O.O.D. Music.

The album has already spawned the Lil Wayne and Jhené Aiko-assisted single “Beware” and inspirational anthem “Fire,” which he released earlier this week.

But fans will have to wait until August 27 to find out if his collaboration with Eminem makes the cut.
